Any regularly priced, unused, non-personalized item may be returned by the purchaser within 30 days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling). Receipt copies, gift receipts or referenced order numbers are required for a refund.
Gift recipients without a receipt may return any regularly priced, unused, non-personalized items within 30 days for store credit or exchange. Items must be returned with all original packaging, enclosures and/or certificates. Shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the returning party.
Applicable refunds will be made in the same manner in which payment was received. We do everything possible to completely process returns as quickly as possible.
However, please allow adequate time - a minimum of 3 to 5 days for return transit, 2 to 3 days for us to process the return and issue a replacement or credit to your charge card, adequate time for shipment of a replacement, and/or possibly up to 3 or 4 weeks for a credit to appear on your monthly charge statement.
Watch Return Policy
Returns of watches are not accepted for any watch which has had links removed. Exchanges or returns will only be accepted for unworn, unaltered watches.
Merchandise exchanges may be made at the Saint Louis Galleria or First Capitol Trading in Saint Charles; refunds of purchases made online are only possible by returning the merchandise to the online distribution center below.

Damages and Mistakes
If the merchandise we shipped arrives damaged, please accept our sincere apologies; please contact us immediately. We will either send a replacement or refund your costs (including shipping) at your request.
In most cases the shipping agent will pick the damaged merchandise up from you, otherwise, we will provide return instructions. Damage claims, however, can only be processed within 10 days of package delivery. After 10 days, damaged returns will not be accepted.
Despite our best efforts occasionally you may receive an order that shipped with the incorrect items. Please contact us within 30 days and we will either arrange to have the merchandise picked up from you or we will provide return instructions for the mistake and promptly correct your order or refund your costs as you request.
